`estimation_results.json` for a meta-analysis — the results schema

A systematic review with a meta-analysis reports the flow of records, the included studies' effects and the pooled estimate with its heterogeneity. Its template declares `results = "metaanalysis"`. In the `systematic-review` template the file is written by e2er's own `run_estimation.py` (source: `src/modules/metaanalysis/stats.py`) from the checked extraction; nobody writes it by hand.
